By downloading, installing, or using Trip Tasks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Trip Tasks is a mobile application that helps users create and manage camping reservation reminders. The App uses natural language processing to convert voice or text input into structured reminder cards.
You may use the App without creating an account (free tier with local storage only). To access premium features including cloud sync, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
You retain ownership of any camping plans, reminders, or other content you create using the App. By using cloud sync features, you grant us a license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Trip Tasks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Trip Tasks is a reminder tool only. Actual campsite availability depends on the campground's booking system and policies.
In no event shall Trip Tasks, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed camping reservations.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
